1) Scope
This Policy applies to information processed by Veluur Team in connection with the Service, including when you create an account, upload or generate content, interact with the community, and contact support.
This Policy does not cover third-party websites, apps, or services that you may access through the Service. If you follow a third-party link or use a third-party integration, their policies apply.
2) Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- Information you provide: account information (name, username, email), support communications, and community content you choose to upload or post.
- Information collected automatically: device information, usage analytics, and crash/diagnostics data.
- Location: precise or approximate location when you grant permission (you can disable it in device settings).
- Cookies & similar technologies: used for login, preferences, and basic usage/performance understanding, including possible web beacons in web-based components.
- Photos/faces: we do not perform facial recognition and do not create/store biometric identifiers or face templates.
3) AI/Content Processing Features (When You Choose to Use Them)
Veluur offers optional features that process user-provided text, images, or videos to help create or enhance content (for example, generating edits, effects, or creative outputs). When you use such features:
- Processing location: content is processed on Veluur Team’s own servers/infrastructure.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share your uploaded content with any third party for this processing.
- Deletion after processing: inputs are deleted promptly after processing is completed unless you explicitly choose to save/publish resulting content.
- Your control: you decide whether to upload content and whether to generate or share outputs.
If you save outputs on your device, they are stored locally by default (subject to your device settings). If you publish content to the community, it becomes visible to others as described below.
4) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Service (accounts, login, core features).
- Personalize your experience (preferences and in-app experiences).
- Improve the Service (analytics, debugging, performance, and development).
- Safety and security (fraud prevention, abuse detection, enforcing rules).
- Customer support (responding and troubleshooting).
- Legal compliance and protection of rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
5) Public and Community Features
The Service may include community features where you can share content. If you choose to post or share content publicly, that content (including your username and any information you include) may be visible to other users and may be reshared by them. You are responsible for what you choose to make public.
6) How We Share Information
We share information only as necessary and in the following circumstances:
- With your consent or at your direction (including when you choose to make content public).
- With service providers (processors) that help us operate the Service (e.g., infrastructure hosting, analytics, customer support tools, crash reporting) under contractual obligations and least-necessary access.
- For legal and safety reasons (lawful requests, protection, investigations, fraud/security).
- Business transfers (merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets with appropriate protections).
7) International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) (and UK/Swiss equivalents), and we apply additional measures as appropriate.

No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
9) Data Retention
- Account information: retained while your account is active.
- After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days, subject to legal requirements.
- Usage analytics: generally retained up to 12 months.
- Support communications: generally retained up to 6 months.
- AI/content processing inputs: deleted promptly after processing is completed unless you explicitly choose otherwise.
10) Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict/object, or withdraw consent for certain processing (e.g., location).

11) Children and Age Eligibility
Veluur is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If you believe a user under 17 has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
12) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Policy to the extent permitted by law.
